Wait List Procedure
Player applications received after the event is full will be placed on a wait list in the order in which they are received. Vacancies in the field will be filled from the wait list in the order that the names appear on the list.

Refund Policy
A refund will be provided less any direct expenses and/or payment guarantees for the event that cannot be recouped from people on the waiting list
