We hope that you will join us in our fight against cancer.

Bone Marrow / Stem Cell Donor Registry

In the majority of cases where a person is diagnosed with cancer or other life threatening blood related diseases there is not much that we can do to assist other than offer love and support. However, certain types of cancers, diseases and disorders can be treated and sometimes be cured with a stem cell or bone marrow transplant.

For those of who are interested in stem cell and bone marrow treatments and would like to learn more about this potentially lifesaving procedure we are providing the link to the Canadian Blood Services.  This website will provide information about the stem cell and bone marrow donor registry database  which is called “One Match - Stem Cell and Marrow Network”.  If you are so inclined, you can proceed to register online as a potential donor by filling out the questionnaire. If you pass the preliminary stage, you will then receive the sampler kit via mail.

We encourage you to take a few moments and review the Canadian Blood Services website.
